How are you? What are you up to over the next few days? Today, I plan on getting outside to get a nice long walk in (the sun is out!), and tonight the kids will teach me how to play hockey on the Xbox. Tomorrow morning, we’ll do a virtual indoor Family at Home Adventure, I’ll get some organizing done in the house and plan to clean up the back patio for dining al fresco next week (it’s supposed to be sunny!). I hope that whatever you have planned, that you’re doing well and staying safe.
Thinking of you.♥️
Here’s what I’ve been up to lately:
LISTENING TO: Real Food Whole Life Podcast. Some of my favorite episodes are on calm, clarity and joy and making tiny changes. I also listening to Elizabeth’s podcast, “Magic Lessons with Elizabeth Gilbert” again. I love her insight and her honesty. This is my most favorite episode of hers.
EATING: baked goods. We’ve made zucchini bread, no bake cheesecake, pecan pie and chocolate chip cookies. Also some real meals. We had the broccoli and beeftwice this week, we liked it that much. Tonight we will have a roast chicken and cheesy asparagus. The kids have been cooking as well too. I could get used to this.
READING: “Good Morning, I Love You” and the New York Times Brief sent to my email box every day.
SAYING TO MYSELF: “Good morning, Tosha. I love you” with my hand on my heart. Every morning.
HOPING: That we’re flattening the curve, that my family and friends stay healthy, to get a couple of new creative projects off the ground.
