    My Favorite Pesto Sauce

    I am totally on a pesto sauce kick, guys. Now that fresh basil is showing up in the grocery stores (or I am just noticing it since it’s spring now) I grab a bunch and make a quick pesto sauce for our family dinner. I find the store bought jar sauce too salty for my liking. So I make this one instead. It’s super easy and quick. This is what I do but you can adjust the taste to your liking.     Cherry Chia Jam

    Oh summer, and the livin’ is easy and yummy! I picked up some cherries at the market a couple of days ago and set some aside to make a little jam. It’s super easy and quick and spreading it on my bagel this morning was a great idea! How about on top of vanilla bean ice cream? Or on homemade fresh scones? Or pancakes?     I’m a gin kind of girl. If I go out for the night or want something here at home, it’s usually a gin and tonic for me.     Cocktails in Belize.

    The family and I are headed to the sandy beaches of Belize this summer and WE CANNOT WAIT! This is our first time in Central America and we’re all excited to see what Belize is all about. We’ll be zip lining, cave tubing, ruin exploring, sitting by the pool and enjoying living like a Belizean for a few weeks.     Rob’s Summer Sangria.

    Oh, summer time. The weather is warm, you have no idea what day it is, your dinners are grilled and enjoyed on the back patio – some of my favorite things about summer.     Pizza Salad.

    Hey guys! Here’s a dinner idea that I think I’ll be making more of this summer. Pizza night is always welcomed around here, especially when you get to make your own. The kids made pepperoni and cheese pizzas and I took mine up a notch. My local pizza place makes a salad pizza that I get most of the times that we visit there. You start with a cooked pizza crust and a light sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. And then you can make a custom salad to put on top of the pizza crust.     Good Eats || A Colorful Salad.

    Us Terpilowskis like to eat. We like our pasta, our chicken, our brunches that Rob makes every Sunday morning. We like to gather around our kitchen island and catch up on the day while music plays in the background.
